Most of my English Teacher's comments on my papers are "contextualize topic" i don't get the idea.. what exactly am i supposed to do?
If it helps, the paper is a research about euthanasia and whether it should be legalized in the US or not

Cell phones should be banned in schools. Up until today, students go through school hallways talking on the phone or go through class periods texting their friends while the teacher speaks. Almost every teenager in high school that is in possession of a cell phone brings it to school and turns it on at least once every school day. It is evident that most of these instances are disruptions somehow or other- be it hallway traffic or class interference. Cell phones should be banned in schools because they are a disruption in classrooms, they are an aspect that brings extensive social life into schools, and because they are not used for emergencies (as most parents claim).

I have to decide which of the two would be a better learning method. Commuting to the school would be about an hour and a half round trip...,and having a virtual class from home would be ideal...but would it be just as effective? It would be done in real time. What would you do?

can you help me creat more 'mood' in my story. And help me make it better in general:

A Canadian tourist worked hard over the course of two years to raise money for a trip to Europe. When the time arrived, he took three weeks of vacation and flew to Paris where he stayed ten days; he then traveled to Germany where he spent the remaining of his wonderful vacation.

While waiting in the boarding room at the Frankfurt airport, on his way back to Canada, he ate a sandwich and put an apple in his hand bag for later.

When he was on the airplane, just before landing, the steward handed him a customs declaration, which contained many questions, all of which were answered 'no.' He was simply a tourist, carrying no weapons, no drugs, or anything else of interest.

After landing at the Montreal airport, he was randomly chosen for the baggage search. During the baggage check, the agent found the forgotten apple in his bag.

“Sir, what is this?” the agent asked.

Should cell phones be banned from school? Why?

I think they should be because they cause disruptions in classrooms, they cause students to not focus on school work, and they are a major issue when stolen.especially in high schools.
