My daughter has been given a zero for a grade in one of her classes. She did the work, turned it in when due, and received it back from the teacher with a 100 on it. My daughter brought the zero grade to the teachers attention - and the teacher said she would change it - but has failed to do so. I emailed the teacher about this matter and she has not responded to me - should I contact the school or try to talk to the teacher again?

my english assignments is requiring me to read a novel (in this case: Frankenstein), write a question about it, and then write an essay that answers the question.
