I RECENTLY MOVED BACK TO THE USA, AND I CANT FIND SEVERAL OF MY OLD FRIENDS, THERE UNLISTED PHONE NUMBERS, THERE E MAIL ADDRESSES. I WAS ONE FOR ALMOST TWENTY YEARS AND HAVE LOST CONTACT WITH ALL BUT TWO, IM WONDERING IF THERE IS SOME WAY TO FIND THEM, IM VERY LONESOME NOW, AND IVE TRIED IN EVERY WAY I COULD THINK OF TO LOCATE THEM.....SOME MOVED OUT OF CHICAGO, GIRLFRIENDS MARRIED SO I DONT KNOW THERE MARRIED NAMES, ETC...PLEASE IF THERE IS A WAY LET ME KNOW AS IM DYING TO FIND THEM...COST DOES NOT MATTER WITHIN REASON OF COURSE I NEED MY FRIENDS BACK....I LIVED IN EAST AFRICA AND HAD LITTLE COMMUNICATION WITH ANYONE ITS NOT LIKE LIVING IN THE USA, VERY LIMITED ACCESS TO MAIL AND PHONE SERVICE....ONLY ABOUT TWO OR IF I WAS LUCKY, I WOULD GET 3 OUT OF 20 OF MY LETTERS TO AND FRO.....MAIL DELIVERY WAS TERRIBLE AND PHONE SERVICE IS SO EXPENSIVE I COULDNT AFFORD TO KEEP IN TOUCH WITH MANY OF MY FRIENDS..I WORKED IN AN ORPHANAGE AND GOT PAID VERY LITTLE IF ANY..NOW I NEED HELP,PLEASE !

I have to make a lesson plan for elementary children involving food for my Children's Health and Nutrition class. This lesson has to involve a food beginning with either an A or an I because those are my initials. When I first heard I had to do a lesson plan I automatically thought of a lesson I had come up with for a another class last year that I just drew out and never actually made. The lesson that I had chosen was to do fractions because at the time I was shadowing a 3rd class and that was what they were learning so I decided to choose this topic. I am going to have a fridge where the children take out apple pies that are cut into fractions and place the pie above the correct fraction. The problem is someone in my class already did a lesson on fractions and had an apple pie as one of the fractions. I don't want it to look like I copied her and don't want points taken off cause the teacher does not think it is orginal. Should I stick with the lesson I have or make a new one?

for those who are majored in forensic science i have a question...ok im in a community college and my major now is biology science and i dont believe that they offer forensic in a community college..so since they dont offer that do i just continue taking my science courses then when i transfer to a four yr ill be able to choose forensic...im not sure how that works. i just know i need alot of science...if you happen to find a website about courses for forensics that would be great

Okay, I'm having a really hard time coming up with a thesis. I am doing research on African Americans in the 19th century before the civil war (specifically African American inventors slaves/free) I wanted my thesis to be "WIthout the contribution of nineteenth century African Americans inventors America would not be the great industrial nation it is today" But the majority of industrialization in the U.S. happened after the civil war, and everytime I do any research it always mentions white inventors having to do the most with U.S. industrialization.

My second thesis would be "WIthout the contribution of nineteenth century African Americans inventors America would not be as technologically advanced as it is today" but that seems to go along with industiralization again.

I would VERY much appreciate if you could help me come up with a thesis concerning african american inventors VERY much appreciative.

My mom wants me to stay in town and go to a community college that's not that far out of my way. She's paying for my car insurance and buying me a used car. I'd be living in an apartment if I stayed (which is what I want to do. I wanna live by myself)

I kinda want to do that.

But I also want to meet new people. The town where I live is dull, there's never anything to do and all the people I know have the same problem. So if I stayed here I'd just be working and bored all the time.

I want to go to MTSU and live on campus and I'm getting enough scholarships and grants to pay for the first year (excluding books and stuff like that). But I'm afraid to go because I don't know anyone up there and it's scary to me.

I don't know what I should do. I really want to go to MTSU but I'm scared to leasve because I don't know anyone.

Please give me your opinions.(serious ones only please)
