I'm not sure what Robert Anthony meant, but I will tell you of an experience I've mine that may be relevant. I was renting an apartment and had to park on the street (outside the property that I was renting). I opened my door and saw a very angry note on the door, complaining about where I parked. I had never heard from him before, so there was no history between us, but I had witnessed his behaviour on occasion, so I knew that he was a hothead. He did not identify himself on the note. I was sure who it was and wanted proof, in case he decided to slash my tire or break my windshield. I knew that he would need to be provoked to identify himself. Knowing that he would be watching from somewhere in his house, I wrote a message saying, "If you harass me again, you'll get a visit from the police." I wanted him to identify himself, because my accusation might seem unreasonable otherwise, and it would only satisfy his urge to annoy me, so instead of taking the message to his property, I taped it to my truck window. I knew it wouldn't take long for him to show up, and it was only a half hour later that he knocked on my door. When I opened it, he began to rant and rave. Though I didn't think it would do any good, I felt obligated to try to reason with him. It didn't do any good. It's easier to predict the behaviour of hotheads than it is to predict that of anyone else's.

People who are angry all the time think they always have to be that way becuse if they show sympathy or love it will make them not as tough as ppl think they are. People who are angry all the time are in fear of themselves.
