Anyone out there have any advice about how to write a letter to a professor that I am interested in working with for my Master's thesis. I've read a few scientific papers that he/she wrote but how do I initiate my interest to him/her in a lettter/email? Any help would be great Thanks.

These are my 3rd and 4th kids to go through American School and we are struggling with the math yet again. I am creating an interface for a atm cash machine. Would you find it useful to have a french and german and english language selection to guide you through or is this a waste of time. I thought it was a good idea, now i'm not so sure! Basically there will be a page to select which language you would prefer and then the options would go on from there. Is this just a waste of time, because thinking about it most people using atm cash machines would have a british bank account and would therefore not really need the language options, or do you think it could gain me extra marks for my work! As much help as possible would be greatly appreciated! Thank you..

I have been recomended to be a Exchange student to another country by 2 of my spanish teachers. I just looked at the web site and found out that it is EXTREMELY expensive. I would love to go, its such an awsome opportunity. I just want to do the 1 month summer program. I am a HS junior in Ohio. They offer scholorships, but you compete nationally, and the one that is offered for my program doesnt even cover 1/4 of the cost to go. It only gives up to $1475 and i need $5995. I cant depend on that single scholoship alone. Any ideas on what i could do you cover my expenses to be able to go?

I am a mature student with A level chemistry, biology, maths. I work in insurance and also healthcare. I study Tae Kwon Do, and also help the teacher with child and adult beginners. I study Yoga. I have volunteered at my local hospital in orthapeadics and trauma. I have been a patient of osteopath and was a positive experience that gave me interest in the subject. I am ambitious and driven to achieve my dreams, and love working with people, and have loved doing my A levels. HELP ME PLEASE! I CANT BEGIN IT!
