No. Your professors are prohibited by law from speaking to anyone about your grades unless you specifically give them permission to do so.

We are not even allowed to speak to your parents about your grades.

Unless you have it in writing that you will allow your boss to talk to college professor about your grades, s/he is not able to. Educators are forbidden from discussing any aspect of your grade with anyone other than you. If they do, there can be legal repercussions (the FERPA law is very similar to HIPAA where medical staff/doctors cannot discuss your health with anyone but you).

And what would having your boss speak to your professor do for you? Or are you trying to make sure your boss can't speak to your professor?
