I am a chiropractor, and I used to interview prospective students. I would recommend telling your personal story about why you want to attend the school. What inspires you to want to be a doctor, and what draws you to that particular school.

Save your solid academics for later in the essay, because they will see that in your transcripts, and most applicants will have similar qualifications.

Tell them why to accept you and what makes you special and different. They will listen, but try to make it interresting and unique, so that you stand out!

Good Luck,

Scott

Just use the ideas from what you have said in your question above.

If you can't go beyond this, should you really be thinking about doing a degree? To negatively programme yourself by saying that you can't do it is not a brilliant idea is it? YOU CAN do it!

Just write down some ideas and then join them together in good English. Have a friend read them through for sense. Go for it and be positive.
