Mourning Morning


While floating in my horizontal world of ease,
I’m a willing inmate during my sleepy sentence.
She’s my soft soul mate if you so please,
and this comfy coma makes splendid sense.

Smooth and soft, my whole world is white.
Not a sound stirs, save those from my dreams.
Full fluffy puffy pillows, left… and right;
and everything is—well, as it seems.

THE SUN—smashing through the window glass
spews its vile dawning rays. Violating me,
suffocating me with its raging red attack,
it works in tandem with my bladder’s screams.

Day after day I wave my white flag,
and exhume my body from this dry jacuzzi.
My heart surrenders to my head’s demands,
and I punch the clock on this reality.

A razor stroke and a water splash
see this sleepy life deferred.
Only to come full circle, I collapse!—
back into my perfect world.

my friend woud like a leave for just 7 days from school because of a religious holiday but she cant have it because the ??? (dont know what she said, some book of rules for teachers or schools or something) doesn't allow it. what can she do? is there anything she can take for proof that says it is ok for a teacher to be given holiday if it is religious purposes? pls help.
PS she is an assistant for special needs children in primary school. all she is asking is 7 days? why is she not allowed? are there actually any rules to say this? if so, what rules do they comply with? thanks.

please read it all
i can type and draw on the computer very well. but when it comes to hold the pencil, something goes wrong. i am currently 18 years old and i can tell you excally what i need. but if i need to write answers to a test, what i write hard to read and even more hard to understand. i read at a 6th grade level, anything harder and i get over welmed. i spell check everything i do. i have a alpha smart. its like a little computer that is for typing. it workes but i feel like i need more. i cant take a quiz in my class room because i couldnt have read what its about, and also i cant really read the questions to answer them. i'm smart but the teachers cant prove it, because i cant take a test to prove that i'm bright.
my math is also really poor. i've taken "algebra one" three times!
i mix up the "x" and the "+"

i'm in special ed, but we are thinking i need more. i dont know what kind of learning disorder i might have. WHAT DOES IT SOUND LIKE I MIGHT HAVE?
please help

"Why is it that many people seem unable to tell an objective hypothetical from a loaded one, let alone when a question is hypothetical? Is it right to more often than not reject the hypothetical claim and perceive bias in the person who asks the question?"

I know that it depends on how far I study as well, but I could use some actual careers besides being a teacher. Not that there is anything wrong with being a teacher, I was just wondering what else I could do. I really enjoy history and for the longest time it has been my most favorite subject. why are british white people so cold ?its like i am new here "studing"! i catch my bus everyday and see loads of white getting on the bus and trust me no one till now gave me a warm smile .... no one wants to sit next to me duh all right i look like south arabian but i am just lik one of u with grey eyes and fair skin n red blood....i walk alone on da road and no one even looks at me..its like british people dont have eyes to look! i wanna know whats up with this..why are they so cold to me
