X=number of degrees of the smallest angle
Y=number of degrees of the second angle
Z=number of degrees of the largest angle

X+Y+Z=180
Z=4X
Y=Z-X

Z=180-X-Y
Z=180-4Z-Y
Z=180-4Z-X-Z
Z=180-5Z-X
Z=180-5Z-4Z
Z=180-9Z
10Z=180
Z=180/10
Z=18

X=4*18
X=64

Y=64-18
Y=46

X=64
Y=46
Z=18

64+46+18= 128. I'm SUPPOSED to get 180. Where is my mistake?

For reference, here is the actual question:
The sum of the three angles in the triangle is 180 degrees. Find the measures of the angles if the angles of the largest is four times as large as the smallest and equal to the sum of the two smaller.

Ok, I'm in the gifted class at my school, so naturely the teachers are going to be harder on me and the other three that are in the class. My science teacher asigned a project for the class to do, and (who'd have thought it) the four of us had to do something seperate ON OUR OWN. We are suppose to look on the Internet and look for something that we could do, or think of something on our own. The topic is weather or heat. It has to be something like how something is caused. For example, one of the other three is doing theirs about how thunder and lightning is caused, and another is doing theirs about dew point. I'm in a MAJOR CRISIS and really need an idea for what I should do mine about! Some more important details are: I'm in the 7th grade, so your idea can't be TOO complicated, and also the project isn't all about paper, I have to do a sort of 'deminstration'. So, yeah, it sucks pretty bad. If all you can think of is a web site, it would be very helpful, so PLEASE HELP ME!!

I am in need of a studying tool that provides this service. I was given a list of cities, water bodies, and geographical features in the U.S. and Canada whose exact locations I need to know for a test. I need a website in which I can enter all of these places and the site will generate a map that includes only those features that I entered and nothing else. Do you know of any websites that match or at least come close to this description? Any help would be GREATLY appeciated.

You have found a strange island in which some people always tell the truth and the rest always lie. Unfrotunatly, there's no way to tell from from looking at them which is which.
You find yourself sitting with three of these people, and decide to try to determine who belongs to each category. For simplicity, we'll refer to the 3 people as A, B, & C.
Conversation:

You say to A: "are you a truthteller or a liar?"

A answers your question, but a squaking bird prevents you from understanding the answer

B says: "A is lying he's a truthteller."

C says: "B is lying."

What can you figure out from the conversation? What can't you figure out? Prove your answers.
