First make sure you have an art program that will do this. There are a few out there that are free, go to the filters and find negative, that will give it an eerie look. Then go to sketch, Actually just play with the filters till you find something you like. My favorite free programs are Satori paint , Pixia, and then there are filter programs out there too.Here are a few to get you started. Also put free art editor into search and see what else you can find. Have also listed a very good free software site to check out and see what you can find. Good luck and have fun.

You have to have a good photo editing program like Photo Shop or Picture It! I suggest photo shop because you can do anything you want to the picture. You choose the editing option and click on negitive or black and white.
