Using all your rights, and holding to your rights, could you really request that you search anything or anyone going into your privacy if that invasion would be used to prosecute you if something were to " be found"?

Do we have the right to search cops before they go through our veichle to insure that they will not find anything?
If they find anything after we request a search, ( and I will bet denied), can we assume that it will be a good case of PLANTED material? Or entrapment?

My daughter is very smart and at the same time different. Loves school, but due to a over-active thyroid disorder, sleeping habits have caused her to have difficulties in getting to school on time and comprehending like before. Along with peer-pressure and her anxiety from her disorder, last year was a pretty rough year.

I went to my first day of high school today (in canada it's grade 10) and it's a school none of my friends went too. I don't know anyone there and I feel like such a loner. I know it's gonna get better but should I just transfer to a school with all my friends? But the reason that I'm going to the school I'm going to is because technically it's a better school but I miss my friends and hate being a loner.

The closest I can get is "Tenitary"

How should I explain this... the most important thing is the primary, the second most important is secondary, the word I am looking for means least important. My spell check is usually pretty reliable, but I'm not getting said word. Thus I turn to you, real human beings!

I am currently a Business Adminstration, Management emphasis major at Weber State University in Utah.
It is estimated that I will be graduating in Fall 2007. After that, I want to go into a MBA program.

I am thinking about

California State Univ -- San Bernardino
San Diego State Univ
San Francisco State Univ
Gonzala University ( in the state of WA)
Weber State Univ

My GPA is not the best, but I am confident enough about my GMAT. I'm extremely good at math.

I guess my concern is I was told Weber State Univ is probably the best out of my selection above, however, it is the least famous. I'm thinking if that's the case, my future employer may choose some other MBA graduate over me just because WSU is not well-known.

I tried to talk to my school's professors, and they all said WSU offered a great program and bla bla bla. I am seeking outside opinion to take into consideration.

Thanks!
