Using all your rights, and holding to your rights, could you really request that you search anything or anyone going into your privacy if that invasion would be used to prosecute you if something were to " be found"?
Do we have the right to search cops before they go through our veichle to insure that they will not find anything?
If they find anything after we request a search, ( and I will bet denied), can we assume that it will be a good case of PLANTED material? Or entrapment?

My Uncles a cop and he's a dick head majorly but yeah I feel you should have the right to search the cop before they go into search you but on some cases they cant because you are to close to there weapons and that wrong you know lol so no the justice system sucks and if you wanna really piss them off get cought for speeding and or somthing stupid and offer them leads ( if you know what I mean) and then there leads are perfect little angels that never do any thing wrong or puke in ther car it works too LOL

you might be able to request that a search be conducted in front of other officials of the court, like a lawyer. and you might be able to request that the search be video taped.
But, truthfully, why would you want to make your life more complicated and difficult by ticking off a cop? What would you get out of it that would be worth what it would cost you?

No you don't have the right to request searching a police officer prior to his/her searching your vehicle. He has to have probable cause to search your car and you typically have to give him permission...unless there is something like a gun or dope in plain view. However,if you refuse he can call for a tow truck, have your vehicle impounded, get a search warrant and eventually search it. Your choice.
And why are you not allowed to search a police officer, you have no legal right including probable cause. And if they do find something in your vehicle....time to get a lawyer. By the way, like I have told over a hundred young people that have worked for me.....why would you want to piss off someone who can legally shoot you!

Nope the cops are law nothing you can do...and they wouldn't plant anything unless they were crooked

Try verbally abusing them and see what happens.
Or try resisting arrest or failing to stop.
