Professional examinations require textbook study and practicals in the laboratory or in a field or in a hospital. Your practicals are related to the topics what you study in the texts. In order to face the examinations, you should read the textbooks in addition to the practical notes that you have prepared during experiment stage. Coming to the texts, jot down the points for each chapter and go on recollecting the matter pertaining to those points one by one. This process should be done well in advance i.e. two months in advance. Try to reproduce from memory much early before the examinations. Good luck.
