I would like to became a tourist guide in England ( London expecially). Are there some courses or some exams to do?

but.. I'm italain and in my country guides must have a licence that you can have passing a exam !! it's the same in england? can you give me some internet website?

Just good training, good enthusiasm, practise, confidence, a good knowledge of London and its vast history and the ability to keep a big cheesy smile on your face all day no matter how you may be feeling, oh and the ability to crack the odd joke here and there (the hard part is getting people to chuckle) if your not naturally a funny overly confident interesting person then the job is not for you. x
