If i dont get this answer i will fail this worksheet and its Algebra 1 the problem is 11 - 1/10x = 10 what does x equal any help is appreciated.

length is x+4

area is 60

find x???

isn't it x(x+4) = 60
x^2 + 4x = 60
then what do I do?

I'm not good at math and english....

you can tell right away, that she is being nosey and intrusive....ok....Now how can you be nice and still not give her the answer she is looking for???(questions are about money or sex) which is clearly none OF HER BUSINESS!! I really want a career in which I help others. I'm very well learned in about every class except for science( chemistry only) I an looking at a career in nursing or dental hygiene and would like to hear from others in these two professions. Any input is great. Just gimme the real deal...

P.s I also have a 3 yr old and so the decision has to do somewhat with flexible hours as well as description of work.

I'm just seeing a lot of questions to some of the simple things that kids shoud know. I mean shouldn't they know if you need research than google it, or if you have math problems as a family member or teacher! What happened to the old fashion way? Why do you think kids are doing this? Will it ever stop? Will there just me new means of "cheating" their answers! Is there nothing wrong with this method of use at all?

My younger brother stepped on my laptop. Now it has 5 giant cracks on the screen and dead pixels. I told him it was there. I have warranty so it could be fixed. He still denises he stepped on it. He was the only other person in the room. I asked him what he was doing at the time. He accidently told on himself in the story, so he quickly changed it. I told him it is okay I warranty, but he still denises it. My dad knows he broke the screen and did nothing about it at all. Should I give my brother the silent treatment until he tells the truth and apologize?
