I'm just seeing a lot of questions to some of the simple things that kids shoud know. I mean shouldn't they know if you need research than google it, or if you have math problems as a family member or teacher! What happened to the old fashion way? Why do you think kids are doing this? Will it ever stop? Will there just me new means of "cheating" their answers! Is there nothing wrong with this method of use at all?

Personally I feel like it is a good concept, but I too feel it is being over used. In theory,it is a great way for kids to get the help and support they deserve -- especially if they cannot get that help at home and are determined to do will in school. I applaud that! But, maybe these "homework help" fourms should be monitored... as in maybe they should be more like on line "one on one" tutors vs. free for all "who is willing to do it for me".

There are always a certain percentage of the student population who would rather let someone else do the work for them rather than putting forth the effort to do it themselves. The cheaters are fairly easy to spot because many of their questions are posted in formal language or posed in the form of a question you would expect a junior high school teacher to ask in a written test.

Spend extra time on your self, it is the 1st subject. Secondly, you're gonna would desire to consult a counselor WHO CARES if your loved ones is mad at you THEY for sure do no longer supply a crap approximately you besides. and that i wanna say that suicide isn't and is no longer the respond on your issues, so why do it? Your mom is egocentric and enable's your father administration each and every thing you adult males do. Do you have all people different than your father and mom you are able to stay with? associates? Can yo communicate on your persons and ask them if their father and mom can help you? i comprehend it relatively is embarrassing yet something would desire to be accomplished. you are able to no longer shop mendacity around feeling suicidal jointly as your dad keeps to try this. in case you will desire to call the police on your father, try this. i'm specific you're an relatively brave individual, yet you will desire to have the braveness to GET help on your person, reason no person is gonna capture you once you fall. you may as properly learn now.

What I see is bad is that people are giving the answers to questions rather than showing the way to do the problem. Anyone getting answers this way will fail their first test anyway.

It is wrong. Kids should go to the old-fashioned way of learning things they don't understand. I think it's okay if they use this site just once or twice, but not too excessively.

Oh my - I completely agree. The worst thing is people are helping these kids with basic algebra. Did you see that one kid asking someone in Yahoo to write him a sonnet!

Kids are lazy! But we are worse by answering their requests....

You mean aside from the fact that the great majority of answers here are opinion, speculation, religious spouting, mental masturbation, or just plain BS?

You are right. But you know it is their problem they will not learn, thus they will fail anyway, on a test and in life. So they get what is coming to them.

yes it has.
but it will not help them on their test, which in most schools is 33 percent of their grade, which would be a D+ average in most schools.
better study kiddies.
