Hello,

I was wondering if anyone knows of any pizzeria that serves pizza 'New York' style, kind of like the famous Lombardi's. Specifically, I'm hoping there's one in the East Bay area of Northern California. I love pizza but am getting tired of the chain pizzas and other variations like deep dish Chicago style. I have never tried New York style so I would love to try that.

My 18th birthday is in December and I am inviting about 12-14 people to go out to eat. But after we eat, I have no clue what to do then. Some of my friends will still be 17 and some will be 18 and 19 years old, so it would be hard to go to a dance club. What are other options we could do while being dressed francy?

I'm not interested in restaurants, bars, or anything like that. I'm looking for a big indoor space that will fit 150 guests. I live in Richmond, but i don't want to have my party here. I also don't want to go too far. I'd be open for any place in Berkeley, Hayward, El Cerrito, San Francisco. I guess that's it! Thanks!!

My wife and I are visiting San Francisco in a couple of weeks and we'd like to know where to eat breakfast while there. The hotel we are staying at serves breakfast but it is quite pricy (avg $25/person). We are both somewhat health-conscious so places which serve healthier food are more appealing to us. Any recommendations?

I am gonna be going to a oriental chinese restaurant in chinatown, sf downtown and i need to know couple of this.

1) how do i say that " I know the dim sum's are 2$ each and i will pay only that much"

2) thanks. Its delicious.

The problem with this place is that the price is very inconsistent. Last time i was there with an asian friend of mine , still we got priced 80cents more on each dim sum which is only 2$ usually. He asked couple of people sitting next table and they said its only 2$. I am totally pissed at the fact that because i am colored i am charged more but still cant resist going to that place coz they got the greatest dim's sums you can ever eat in san francisco.

The place is called " Great Oriental restaurant". its on Washington. Cross street Ross.

Thanks much
R

I've never been to Napa Valley and seeking a very romantic and fablous meal on New Years with my girlfriend. Any restaurants that are known for quality and a romantic ambiance will work...also we like steak and seafood if that helps or any place you recommend?

I'm looking for a pizza shop in Berkeley. The pizza is like a pie.

My friends took me to the shop. It was so delicious! I love it.
But I forget the shop name and how to go.
I can't contact my friend right now.

Could you tell me the name and web page ?

My boyfriend went on a business trip for two weeks and went to a weekend trip to meet up with his two girl friends - one he hasn't seen in years and the other one is his ex-ex girlfriend. I know he is a good person, and I know he wouldn't do anything to hurt me. But I thought I was going to be okay with it and now I am pretty jealous especially since he hasn't called me when he arrived at his destination after telling him to call me as soon as he gets there. He didn't call me, so I called him and he was meeting up with the two girls at a dance club.

I do feel bad b/c I got upset and hung up the phone and yelled at him.

Ok so Saturday my boyfriend and I are going to dinner to the Hyatt in SF (I am hoping he will purpose).

I am 22 so I want to look cute, I have lots of "dressy" clothes for work but they are boring. I also want to be dressed correctly for the occasion and comfortable as well. I looked on the website and they recommend "Casual/Dressy" I assume a skirt and nice top will work.. but again we have cold October nights in SF. So I am having a major dilemma.

Dress: Casual/Dressy

What are some very very very good, fancy, high class restaurants in the Bay Area, Half moon bay, or santa cruz? Bay area is in norCal. Iwant to find a very very good place for my parent's 25th anniversary, so please the best out of the best. Food quality is the most important, must have a very beautiful view (like mountains, a city, or the ocean), price range doesnt matter, service must be very good, and must have a good wine list!

Where are your favorite affordable places to eat in the city?

(For selfish reasons, if it's along Market, that would be great :) or at least a BART/MUNI station)
