It depends on where you are. Blondie's in berkeley on telegraph is good, along with tomatina in walnut creek at broadway plaza and there's a new location in Dublin near Hacienda, Zachary's in san ramon, cybelle's in lafayette, amici's in dublin, and if you're actually IN the city, just go to North Beach. They have the best hand-thrown and fired pizzas outside of italy.

If you want to go further north bay, Fazzeratti's in Napa is the best pizza I've ever had.

Cheeseboard, Zachary's. Both are in the city of Berkeley. Expect long lines though, but man do they make them pizzas good!

people have already mentioned zacharys pizza, but just to let you know what chicago style is (if ya didn't already) Its deep dish with a layer of tomatoes on top, their pizza is excellent.

Village Pizzeria at the end of Clement on Arguello is also good.
