I am really new to the Hollywood area, and I am in dire need of a bartending job. First, I have experience, about 6 months of it. Prior to that I waited tables for a semester. I hear that most the jobs in the area go to women, but I am not above working at a gay bar, even though I am straight. I consider myself to be attractive and like to engage in conversations with depth. I live in the hills, while attending acting classes, making a day time job really hard. I welcome all advice. Latinos like fried chicken. At least I do. Does it make a difference if chicken is spicy, is it the crunch, or the herbs and spices. Looking for personal opinions, or if you have family / friends that prefer one or the other, would like to know that, too.

I worked at the one in Beverly Hills and let me tell you, I am soooo glad to be out of that place! The people that run the place are horribly rude and don't care about their employees in the slightest. The entire place seems to be covered in a cloud of negativity.

I was just curious if anyone had any similar working or dining experiences there.
