I haven't seen my family in almost 2 years.. The last time I saw them..it didn't go so well. I had just given brith to my daughter and they all were all talking about how much weight I have gain. Do you think I can lose weight by xmas and look good. I just want them to see a diffrance and shut there mouths. ;) Please advise..

I guess it would depend on how much weight you want to lose. Don't get extreme. If you can afford it Jenny Craig is a good option.
On the the other hand it really ticks me off when people are obsessed with other peoples weight. Even if it is family. You are who you are and it is what is inside that counts. Besides, especially if you just had a baby what did the expect? Good luck.

Oh, you try my own procedure..... No to carbonated drinks, cakes and pastries, chocolates and ice cream. Just drink plain water at least, 8 glasses a day. It's better if you have young coconut juice, it will also help. Eat fruits and vegetables for breakfast and dinner. If you will be able to follow do these, you will lose weight coz right now, my weight declined from 75 kilos to 61 kilos in 3 months.

yes you can. If you put your mind to it. (Will power) Excersise everyday 30 minutes even if you don't want to. Eat 3 meals a day. No food after 8pm. Plenty of water. No salt, No sugar, No bread. Eat meat all you want. Not fried. Do lots of salads. Weigh yourself when you start. Take your body measurements. Do not weigh yourself again until you are going to go to your family reunion. If this works let me know.

yes, u can. Exercise 30 minutes 5 days a week and cut back on all the pasta, rice, bread, beer and sodas, any and all sweets. It's hard and it takes a lot of will power. Just think that you wanna look better....

low carb will do it every time.
cut out breads, potatoes, and anything with starch and you'll lose.
Just remember to drink plenty of water and get off your butt and MOVE :) Whether that means go to the gym, or walk or take a jog, don't sit around hoping it falls off. Ya gotta move :)
