I have been in restaurants where you can spend $50 plus, and unruly children are at the next table. The parents don't control their kids behavior. How do you deal with this situation? Complain to the manager, ask for a different table, or what? What ever happened to good manners and good etiquette. It can ruin a nice evening out.

I'm talking a restaurant with waiter service, not fast food. Do you tell the other person to terminate the call, or bring it to the attention of the manager. I know it's rude, you know it's rude, but what about the other person who either doesn't know any better, or just plain doesn't give a s--t. How to deal with it?

If all restaurants decided tomorrow to pay minimum wage, and to banish the tipping system forever, would you still do the job? I wouldn't, and I think that's what people should think about. It's a very hard job to do, alot of people out there couldn't do it for a day. So you people who think you're clever by leaving a card stating " I am not leaving you a tip, ask your employer to pay you a living wage" think about this. You will not have the quality of people serving you in restaurants if this becomes the case. We gamble you will tip us well, we do that by giving you the best we can give. Pay attention to the attitude you get at a fast food joint to the attitude you get at for example Red Lobster. Which would you choose for your night out?

Every city has Chineese restaurants. That makes sense, when we think of Asia China is a major player and Chineese people have a long history in America.

You would think Japan and India would be next, major countries. There are not alot Japaneese or Indian resteraunts.

There are alot of Thai restaurants. They are a minor country and have very few imigrants in America.

The question. Why are thai restaurants as popular as they are in America?
