The best recipe I think is to use half a pint of cold skimmed milk, half a pint of cold water a syrup of coffee made with strong instant granules, I use Carte Noire, 3 teaspoons a abit of boiling water. 2-3 teaspoons of sugar and lots of ice. Then whizz it all round in a blender until the ice is crushed. Add a shot of brandy for cocktail twist!
