A bowl of oatmeal with some bits of dried fruit in it.
OR
A toasted cheese sandwich.
OR
An apple or banana or something of that nature.
It's night time, so you might as well eat light and then eat better tomorrow morning.

It's been an hour since you've submitted this question so I'm sure you've eaten already...but a nice easy fix is grill cheese sandwich and tomato soup.

We had a grilled cheese with turkey bacon and tomato sandwiches. Came out great! Not much cooking either...

open the fridge get what you find. and combine whole wheat bread slices --either with cheese or baloney or whatever u have and put some mayonnaise and add some mustard -- voila you have a new tasty sandwich. bon appetit.

Toast, Banana.... Orange Juice.... Anything in your fridge or freezer that you can Zap in the microwave, or rip open from a pacakage. :-) Cup of Noodles are fantastic.
