Is America learning how terrible people are teaching children when all they do is allow them to sit around all day playing video games after eating breakfast and lunch of fast food or processesed junk food all the while waiting to head out to the buffet restaurant for dinner?

there are nice ways of complaining, I am never rude, or mean, or argumentative, I never cause a scene and shout at people, but my friend NEVER complains, even if the food is not fit for human consumption!!

1stay away from bread and rice
2drink hot then cold liquids when you feel full
3walk around in the bathroom for a few minutes
