I've never thought of Arab as a cuisine before, so I'm not exactly sure what you're looking for.

The first thing that comes to mind is Holy Land -- a fabulous grocery store/restaurant. http://www.holylandbrand.com/index1.htm If you go to NE Mpls, you will see many many small restaurants and I'm sure you could find something to your liking.
