it almost seems to be true to everyone including me. here's what to do. most drive thru's have a certain time limit to keep you in that drive thru lane, so when they give you the order don't leave stay there and double check your order. if they messed up tell them they did and if they ask you to pull up and they will bring it out to you say no and wait. when it comes to the manager asking you to pull forward then you say " i will if i get my meal for free because you messed up my order." that will help the fast food company not to lose out on $$ and hiring stupid people.

Your order and about 98% of all drive thru orders are incorrect because the people are uneducated and not trained properly to operate touch screen order menu.

Hey, it's America. In a country like this, especially nowadays, it's bound to happen. I've had my fair share. xD Once at a Burger King, they messed up my order 5 times. I had to constantly return to the counter to replace an item I didn't order. Go figure.

Could have been too busy, a new person could have messed up, or, a lot of the time, people don't order correctly. Or are rude enough that they didn't care if you got the correct order.

If you go at a busy time they probably aren't paying as much attention as they should. They may not have heard what you said or their english is not up to par. Or they simply could care less about if your order is right or wrong.

It could be a new person, they could be overcome by car fumes or sometimes the speaker system sucks so they can't hear you well and what you hear is: Ok so that will be one (mumble, mumble, sqwack) and a side order of (static), right?
