I hate you. Now all I can think of is...... "Sauron has muscles?" I've freaking known you for well over a year and I have no clue what you look like. And now you are worried about losing muscle and looking like Jared. Ok this is so not fair. I can't possibly answer this question without a reference. Cough a picture up.

No. Along with eating Subway, Jared had to exercise a lot to lose all that weight. At the end of the Subway commercials with Jared, a voice says that Jared's weight loss results are not typical. However, if you keep exercising and eating Subway, it is likely that you will lose weight but you won't lost muscle.

Yes, you need lots of protein to prevent your body from feeding on your own muscles. You also need to lift weights to keep it. The diet is a sarvation diet witch is like when you have you gastric bypass sugey. You body never gets enough calories and nutrients to sustain it. Also it creates lower weight but a higher body fat percentage. Meaning you wont look the same at say 150 that you did when you were at 150 5 years ago, becuase your body will be at 150 with a higher percentage of that being fat. Thats what causes "loose skin", most is not skin but fat. Think about how thick skin really is.
So dont go so such a restive diet.

In reality, Jared put himself on a strict regimen - he cut down on his fats, increased his vegetables, and more importantly, he exercised.

A successful diet will combine lower calorie, more nutritional meals with increased physical activity. This way you'll burn fat, build muscle, and increase your metabolism.

I don't Know, but every time I go to subway there's always someone that looks like Jarad ordering food hoping to get recognized and be someones hero.

I guess you would have to exercise too. I heard he never got any condiments on his subway. That is the fattening part. He should be an example to us all.

If you only eat anything you will lose muscle. You need to engage in physical activity too.

Subway is horrible, it's twice as expensive as other sub places with way less meat, and they skimp on everything.
