So many people I talk to claim that chipotle is healthy because it is grilled, they use fresh ingredients, etc. But all I see is a burrito with a ton of calories and a high fat content. A typical chicken burrito (13" tortilla, rice, black beans, chicken, and red tomatillo [no extras] has 947 calories, 29 grams of fat (only 5 of which is saturated, which is pretty impressive), 120 g carbohydrates, and 52 g of protien (which I also like about it). Substituting the fajita vegetables for the meat doesnt really change much either.
So my question is, what is so "healthy" about Chipotle?
