No! The shells are made from masa which is a special way of preparing cornmeal. If there were yeast, the taco shells would be a much different texture. think yeast rolls. There is none in lettuce, tomatos cheese or meat (the filling). Some folks will add brewers' yeast to things such as soups, stews, gravies. Taco Bell is not one of them.

Uh, no. The shell is made out of corn tortillas and of course you know the meat and veggies don't. And it would have a entirely different taste to it... the soft tacos are made from flour and so is the pita bread to make chalupas. So no, there's no yeast.
