I'm looking at getting a Treo 700 (either W or P). I would like to be able to view powerpoint presentations (from class) on the device. Is this possible with the Palm software or do I have to get the Windows based version?

should i even consider the Motorola Q?

Looking at the Verizon devices. Does anyone have this phone thru Verizon? Any idea what the monthly service fees are for this?

It was fine - I took an international flight and when I arrived the screen was damaged. It doesn't make sense as it was in it's protective case in my hand luggage. What could have caused it, cause I know I didn't drop it. Air preassure? x-rays? Is there any chance I can repair it? If not is there any point in flogging it on ebay for it's parts? when I connect to the computer-it recognizes my ipods but I can only download things on my nano, and it doesnt even register that my ipod video is connected to itunes. when I open itunes with the ipod video connected it freezes

The only way to dial from the call log is to use the stylus to select the line then select "dial"
