i want to know wether i could use hp 6515a with any other service provider other than cingular

I understand that verizon already is or will be supporting the hw6515a

Yes, you can use it with any other GSM provider, which, in the US, is basically either Cingular or T-Mobile, as well as a handful of regional GSM carriers (Immix, Einstein, Symmetry, Connestoga, Edge, etc.) The device must be unlocked from its native carrier, in this case, Cingular.

Yes...just get it unlocked...if you need it unlocked, I have a person who does it for 50.00 via paypal or western union...take about 24 hours...I have a 6515a and a 6917 which are using tmobile sims... ALSO Ignore the comment about the 6515 on verizon...THEY ARE NOT GOING TO SUPPORT IT BECAUSE THEY CANNOT...CINGULAR AND TMOBILE USE SIM BASED PHONES....SPRINT AND VERIZON DO NOT...THEIR PHONES ARE PROGRAMED...
