is it better than most of the pda's out there. im not interested in the phone capabilities... or is there a pda that is better? i want the absolute best...

Here is my dilemma. I want a PDA. I want an MP3 player. I don't want to buy both.

I am comparing the HP rx1955 vs the Palm TX and both seem pretty reasonable. My hangup with them seems to be the fact that I will be limited to a 2GB SD card. Does anyone have any other suggestions that will get me a good wireless capable PDA that can play audio (maybe video too I guess) without breaking the bank?

does it have a phoning facility a good megapixel camera..internal antenna and a keyboard..what are the latest good looking products..shouldnt be very big..price between $320-$480

i want an pda in which there should be no windows in that there should be no radio in that only mp3 or without that also no problem there must be blutooth,aac,camera with zoom of more than 20x or higher in optical or in digital or both and should record video of upto 1 hour or more please send me the details of that including the manufacture year and the price in dollars and where can i get that

I used to have a Palm Tungsten T, and i had to convert video files to a certain format to play them on my Palm. I am thinking about getting a Palm TX (new palm pilot out) and I was wondering if i had to convert different types of files like MPEG, DOC, PPT, AVI, PDF, for me to play it on my Palm pilot? please let me know so i can make a informed decision weather to get one or buy a Pocket PC where I dont need to convert files (which is a hassle). Also would anyone know the approximate battery life on these Palms if i was using an wireless keyboard and typeing notes or other documents at my University, maybe going back and forth with the internet via WIFI

I've been using a pda for playing mp3s some time now. I'm hesitating to buy a separate portable mp3 player because the pda could perform the same function, so it'll just be an additional weight in my bag. Unless there're drawbacks to playing mp3's on a pda. Are there? I haven't experienced any problems/inconveniences so far, but that ipod is just so nifty!
