cant find it anywhere. dont have the book to read about any of it. i just got this phone from a friend and have no idea about it.

Who is your carrier? Is it verizon, cingular? Need more detail. My hubby does this stuff... troubleshooting phones, for a living. Hey, a RAZR isn't a handheld, it's a annorexia-held. Give this phone to a hobo, he can sell it and he can buy things with the money. Then you can buy a Samsung T809. SO you're helping two people: the hobo and yourself.
