Battery is probably drained. Charge it a few hours and try again. If it doesn't turn on, try doing a soft reset (poke a bent up paper clip in the reset hole) while it's plugged in and charging and don't touch the screen, buttons, or the power button. Let it charge for a few hours and try again. If it still doesn't work, try a few cycles of this.
If it still doesn't work, the battery may be completely dead and may need replacing.

It is most likely a battery issue. I would simply charge the Palm for a few hours and try it again. It should work.

nicely.... i'm a guy and that i've got severe vast palms. human beings continuously remark on them yet to tell you the reality, it used to bother me till i began out feeling better approximately myself. actual, adult adult males dont seem at ladies palms. Its very challenging to show adult adult males off with that lol
