I have a Tungsten E and would like to sell it. How do I delete all of my info permanently?

You need to perform a hard reset to completely clear everything off the Palm.
1. Press and hold the power button on the top panel of the Palm.
2. While holding the power button, use the tip of an unfolded paper clip to gently press and release the reset button on the back of the palm. (Instead of a paper clip, you can use something similar WITHOUT a sharp point. I use an earring.)
3. Wait for the Palm powered logo to appear, then release the power button.
4. A message will appear that warns that you are about to erase all the data on the device. Press up on the navigator to continue the reset, or press any other button to just do a soft reset.
The palm will now be back to factory default settings.
So, how much do your want for the E? I love mine!
