I bought an indoor antenna for my television and it says on the box I may need a band separator for installation. I have it plugged in and I can only get one channel. I did not know if having a band separator would help or not.

have a 40 watt guitar amplifier and was wondering if it would be possible to boost up the amps, like to 60 watts or maybe even higher.I want to know because I want to build a cabinet for it but I already tried hooking it up to some other speakers and theres hardly any difference.I was thinking that maybe if it had more watts it would be louder,so if thers like a pedal or sothig like that I'd like to know about it.if not thanks anyways.

Dear Yahooligans:

Would you recommend buying items (electronics, etc.) from a second-hand store or a liquidator, like Xscargo? Why or why not?

Thanks!

Ok, may sound silly but as I know bluetooth uses sound waves, right? I imagine at the high frequency range ... (short distance, intensity of signal). A dog whistle uses similar? frequences...
Could I change the interaction between two bluetooth connected devices using a dog whistle (or a similar device with a high frequency output) ?

I live in germany now but still have my subscription to SKY UK with a standing order - I have the 4 mix package - knowledge /style & Culture / Music & Variety....my sky box - an old 'Pace' has died on me ....I was thinking of buying a Pace DS440N Sky Box Satellite Receiver Digibox which is apparently excellent for weak signal areas. OR is there a better option?

Q 1 - If i purchase this receiver box can i simply pop my sky viewing card into the new machine and will it work.....?
( my dish and card are ok as the engineer told me so and its def the receiver thats dead )

Q 2 - Im paying 21 pounds a month for my channels and i am happy with this selection - are there any ways to get these channels cheaper / free ? Its just a pain having this standing order attached to a UK adress when im in germany now...

Thankyou so much !!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

There are literally dozens of coaxial cables that have apparently been run all over my the house I just bought over the years (it's a big older house). I need to find how to tap into the coaxial cable that goes to my downstairs living room. I don't know how to figure it out other than to hook the outlet in that living room up to my tv and then haul a VCR into the attic and try hooking it up to all the loose ends until I find one that sends a picture to my tv. Is there some device (that's reasonably affordable) that you can accomplish this with or a trick you can think of?

I have never used ebay before but have heard all these crazy stories about how people have sold practically everything I own on Ebay.

I guess my question is, how do you get started and get people to buy your junk?

Also, I have one of the first game boys, the old clunky grey ones and it has some games, would anyone buy that? Is it considered a collectors item?

After looking at their online program guide, it doesn't list channel 94 as for the YES in HD...This worries me, as I have been considering switching to Directv, but if I cannot get it in HD, then I won't switch over. Read something regarding RSN's too...NESN is actually my RSN I believe, but still...

just wanna know if I switch over...even though I live in MA...will I still get YES in HD? SImple.
