I just bought an IPod from a friend and it has many songs and a couple movies on it. How do I transfer the songs from the IPod into my Itunes Library? Whenever I try to "sync" it warns me that it will delete all that is currently on my Ipod and replace it with what's on my computer. And ideas?

ok so my friend upload songs for me on my ipod nano but she tried yesterday nad it didnt work. it wasnt on hold, and all the tick marks were on the songs. so i tried doing it on my comp, and i un-installed itunes but it wont uninstall.

any ideas how to uninstall itunes and wats wrong wit my ipod?

I just want to delete my tv shows and movies that I have bought off of the iTunes store off of my computer (I have an iBook G4 if it is helpful), but I want to keep them on my iPod. I feel like it is a waste of space to have the exact same things in two different locations. Is there a way to delete items off my iTunes, but not have them be taken off my iPod when I plug them in?

Ok, so I'm working on transferring my entire iTunes library from one computer to my new one, using a USB flash drive. I have successfully been able to transfer songs over to the new computer, however, I noticed on the old computer that little white exclamation points in gray circles to the left of the song titles were appearing. I still transferred them over. I tested playing the songs on my new computer and they worked, however when I took the flash drive out of the computer, the songs would not play anymore and the exclamation points appeared next to each song I tried. It says something like "This song could not be used because the original file could not be found". I tried taking a second batch of songs over to the new computer and they played also, but when the flash drive was taken out, they wouldn't. Please help me!! What am I supposed to do: they won't play....those little exclamation points...?!!? Thanks

My Ipod froze, I dropped it, then tryed turning it off, but the screen froze while trying to do something. Now its not doing anything, I tried to hook it up to the headfones, the computer, nothing works. What should I do? do I let the battery kill itself? Thousands of dollars and one little glitch, nothing works!!! Im pissed!

It keeps lighting on, shows the apple logo and then restarts all over again. It does this over and over again, nonstop! When i plug it into my computer its not even recognized, it just keeps restarting. I want to try and fix it myself, i already payed for the ipod, why should i pay for repair. Anyone out there that has any help please let me know.
