im getting an ipod from http://store.apple.com and one of the requirements says Mac OSX .. whats that mean .. i only have pc .. can i still get it ..

The system requirements for a PC are:

USB 2.0 port
Windows XP Home or Professional Service Pack 2 or later, or Windows 2000 Service Pack 4
iTunes 7 or later
Internet connection

It means that you have to have Macintosh's operating system, so it will not work with Windows, which is on most pc's (97% to be exact). You have to get an ipod that is compatible with Windows.

ipods work on both pc and mac. you just have to make sure that you download the pc verson of itunes. there are no ipods that are made especially for pc or mac. hope this helps.
