plug ur mp3 into the tower
go to WMP and then make a playlist
go into sync
click on sync to device
then click on the playlist u want
and leave it there for like 4 min and voila!

plug your mp3 player into your pc with a usb cable...in media player choose the songs you want to upload into your mp3 palyer then choose copy into device

u need iTunes.
i dont think u can do it with window media player.
