I'm out of the technology loop. I bought a cheap MP3 player (a MuVo Wave I think) that I have to put a AAA battery in to use. Ever since i began converting my MP3 files to WMA format, my MP3 player has been using going through batteries in about 2 hours, when it used to last for weeks. I just read that people charge them on their computers. I have to take the USB piece off and stick it in my computer to put the songs on it; is that charging it?? Are there MP3 players that don't use alkaline batteries?

I am considering to buy an ipod but i have some questions

1-How much is the best one?
2-How fast does your computer have to be to download movies and music?
3-Do you have to pay for the movies?How much?
4-How much is the music,if you wanted to buy it off of the internet?How do you pay?
5-How many songs can u store on it?
6-Batteries?

how long should i charge my ipod for the first time and how long does it take to charge when dead also is it like the new batterys were it doesnt matter how many or how long u charge it for it is a ipod 30 gig just bought

I didn't drop it or anything either. I was just listening to it then it gave out. I just bought it like a month ago. Its a sansa e250. is it something i could send back to sandisk for them to fix? or can i open it up and do it my self?

I've always read that the average person can't really tell a difference between cd quality and mp3 quality. I can tell quite a big difference when I plug my earphones into a cd player as opposed to an mp3 player. I wonder if a wav file would sound as good as the cd. Device memories are getting so massive now, I wouldn't mind sacrificing the memory space.

Can i return opened mp3s and get my money back???
i just bought a creative zen vision: m 3 days ago and im kind of tired of it and want my $336.11 back!!! will they let me return it and get my money back plus it keeps freezing up on me when i go too fast! and i figured i could always listen to music on the radio..my computer..on tv and watch movies and tv shows on tv or in my computer and its a bigger screen...so will they allow me to return it and get my money back

and i got it from walmart in canada ..i still have the receipt but it says on the receipt that unopened items can be returned "30 days" and doesnt say anything about opened items not being able to be returned...?? pleasee help
