YouTube DVD track?

I want to put a DVD track on youtube,1st, is that possible?2nd, do i have to cut the track from the DVD and put it on the Hard drive, if so How!!!!!

You will need a DVD "ripping" program to get the data from the DVD. If the DVD contains copywrited material, it may be protected, and many ripping programs will not copy it. Once you get the DVD into an MPEG file, it can be uploaded to YouTube. (10 MB and 10 minutes max)
