Talk to him. Try to hang out with him. If a guy doesn't like you right away, sometimes we can warm up to somebody, at least I do.

You just have to go up to them and start a conversation. Start talking about normal things, such as school and family, etc. Become friends and see where that leads to.
Don't act too flirty, and DON'T laugh at everything the guy says. If you laugh and giggle too much, he'll think you are either immature or *easy* and you don't want him to think those things about you. just be normal, be proper, be mature, and have a decent conversation.

Go up to him ask him whats up or just try to get to know him, i wish you the best im 15 and still havnt had a gf ever guess it might be cus im shy oh well good luck

You can't force people to like you.
If you like him, go talk to him and try the whole flirting thing. Then, casually suggest a movie or ask him what movie he thinks looks good and ask if he wants to "go out sometime and see it."

Put a note in his locker. Even if he is unimpressed, he will think it is cute. It always made me very happy to get a note from a girl as a teenager.

get to know him and try to c if he likes you. talk to his friends because most likely if he REALLY does then they know about it. try to be good friends with him and then ask him strait out and seriously how he feels and admit your feelings to him because sometimes guys are too scared to admit unless they know they aren't going to get turned down or something.
