Can i return opened mp3s and get my money back???
i just bought a creative zen vision: m 3 days ago and im kind of tired of it and want my $336.11 back!!! will they let me return it and get my money back plus it keeps freezing up on me when i go too fast! and i figured i could always listen to music on the radio..my computer..on tv and watch movies and tv shows on tv or in my computer and its a bigger screen...so will they allow me to return it and get my money back
and i got it from walmart in canada ..i still have the receipt but it says on the receipt that unopened items can be returned "30 days" and doesnt say anything about opened items not being able to be returned...?? pleasee help

Don't panic! Click on the link below for Walmart Canada's refund and exchange policy. You have 90 days to return or exchange your purchase. Read the policy. Unopened is only for pre-recorded music, movies, software products, computer/video games and boxes of disposable contact lenses. So you're okay.
If you still want a MP3 player I recommend the Samsung YP T9. Very nice. Check it out.

If u the consumer bought an item that ur not completely satisfied with and that item is defected such as u say it freezes up on u then u have a legitimate excuse in returning such item for a full refund of ur money as long as the item is accompanied by the actual receipt, no problem. If u do encounter a problem u want to contact the customer service department of Walmart Headquarters and/or the distributor or even the manufacturer of the item ASAP.

Actually purchased product can be returned if unopened (as u say 30 days). Defected products can be changed w/ another product, i guess one week of use. So why not try to go back to that shop & ask if u could return it back. If they say yes, then ur lucky, but i guess the money will not be full as $336.11, could be half the price already. Just try.

yeah you can return it. opened or not. they'll just put it in damaged but you can return it.
