i've bought not new phone. when i was cheking it, i've locked the key pad and now i can't to unlock it. passwords 0000 or 1234 are incorrect. the seller told me she didnt locked a phone before and didnt knowe any codes. please send me infomation about how to unlock my mobile phone.

and i was wondring if there is anyway to get free ringtones because with prepidi can not browse websites,

Since I have to give my mom my battery to my cell phone so she can use it, and my family is not elligible for a new plan yet, does anyone know for a FACT if I can just buy a Go-Phone and activate it and use it on my family's existing plan?

I have a Motorola v188 and I'm looking for a website that I can go to and download one of the following:
"Spite & Malice"
"Skip bo" (or "skip98")
"Double Solitaire"

They are all pretty much the same game-play. Just different names.

But I want to be able to download the game to my Motorola v188
(yes I know I have an old phone and need to upgrade!) :)

I'm using Verizon, and I'm up for a discount on a new phone. I just got the Samsung SCH-A870 and am not very happy with it.

1) Any recommendations for phones in general? I want to get a phone for free (yeah, I'm cheap), so I think the 2-year contract price has to be under $99.

2) Specifically, I'm looking at the RAZR v3m and LG VX8300. I'm also interested in the LG VX8600, though this will cost me $50 and it had better be excellent if I'm going to shell out any money. Can anyone tell me:
--Is there a hotkey that you can push to get into vibrate/silent? For example, on some phones, you can hold down #.
--When you go into silent mode, does the camera shutter still make a sound? Is there a way to turn the shutter off?
--Does the external display stay on a) when you're on the phone and b) when the phone is idle? If not, is it easy to turn the display back on?
--How is call quality?

My brother is going to Mazatlan for 6 months, and we bought 2 Nextels with the International Walkie Talkie, but I am getting conflicting information from Nextel if the Walkie Talkie will work in Mazatlan... (I don't care if the phone part works, just the walkie) Thanks!

Hi Guys,
Any of you out there know much about the BT home hub, I have had hell in all probs with my calls being routed via my home landline, samething happened to my voyager 2500, on reconfiguring my last hub, my second from BT all lights lit up including the data light which didnt work on last 2 until I reconfigured it. Bt sent me another hub, my 3rd, and as I was very ill I wasnt able to fit it untill today when I felt better. I looked at my bt account online and my calls are still going through my landline account and chargeable, bt threatened me a few weeks ago that they will no longer refund me if any calls go via my landline, I have kept a careful eye on my hub sinceI reconfigured it, all ligths worked, and the high pitch tone was sounding every time but its not going via my internet. So today I installed my 3rd hub which is my 5th router since 25th April this year when I started to use the net. All sofar is fine apart from the data light which is not lighting, any idea guys?

My brother has a v. old Nokia phone with an O2 SIM. He wants to keep his SIM (i.e wants to keep same no. etc...) but wants a new 'cheap' PAYG phone. Does he have to buy a phone on O2 or can he buy any phone, i.e one on Orange, and put his SIM in it?????

I broke my phone today, trying to get the cover off, which i know really stupid ! its a k750i.
i went to try and get a new one today and wanted to go on contract but couldnt becuase i am under 18, but said i could if i brought an adult with me, but the question i am asking is
whats the best contract deal you can get? ( i earn about £100 a week)
or is it best to go on pay as you go?

I can cope with my computer - & can type 90 words per minute but i just CANNOT work my simple Nokia pay as you go phone. I've tried to understand the handbook - but there is so much to learn it's making me depressed. Is there any easy way? You will guess from this question I'm not young any more!!!
