No, iPod is greedy they dont let you. BUT there is a software that allows you to make your own ring tones. I suggest Xingtone. It helped me. I dont know if it works 4 iTunes but i am sure it does. You can get it at Best Buy or Circut City.

Sorry NO Takes a speical program for cells which iTunes doesnt have!

You can if you have a phone with iTunes built in....there are several models.
