You have to call your phone service provider. There is a $5.00 monthly fee.

I just called my phone company and they put a block on the number I gave them:)

If I were you I would go see some one that knows alot about phones like your dad or if you are talking about a cell phone then look at the manual packet for answers that's what I would do! Or for more help call your service number.

Well: if yourself has "Family Protection Plans" depending of
which cellphone company issued by Mobile. They can have
the phone number blocked very simple just install this!

On a cell phone, you can create a phone directory entry with NO RING ringtone specified. All inbound calls from the number will dump into voicemail. No charge and you control it.

go to settings and look for security and theres alot ways you can lock your phone.
