i've bought not new phone. when i was cheking it, i've locked the key pad and now i can't to unlock it. passwords 0000 or 1234 are incorrect. the seller told me she didnt locked a phone before and didnt knowe any codes. please send me infomation about how to unlock my mobile phone.

Ok i see exactly what your problem is i had the same problem with one of my phones what you need to do is find the plastic the sim card came in and look at the pin number and that should be correct and if you cant or it dosent work you will probably have to buy a new sim card but there not expensive

if the seller can't fix it, try asking the company by emailing for phoning. Next time, you should write your pin number on a piece of paper so that you don't lose it again.

Most times the last 4 digits of the phone no. should unlock it. as long as you know it. the old no. that is
