You don't need mobile phone tools but you do need the drivers that come on the same disk. Music must be mp3, and not the highest bit rate; 64 works just fine. prepare your files and then either fire up MPT and use the media bit to transfer the files, or drag and drop in My Computer. NB you do need to find the right directory on the phone.

V3 has inbuild Bluetooth boz i remember my GF had one I uploaded MP3 in her V3 from my Nokia......
So best thing u can do is Use Bluetooth Dingole/Adapter to transfer MP3 in you Moto V3....and more best advice is always buy Nokia series 60 or latest like N series will all features than using crap one and having prob in future.
I've been using Nokia for last 3-4 years and they are excelet phone i.e. N73, 9500 and 6630 i love it.

You need to use the Motorola Phone Tools to transfer the music over. That should have been on the software disc.

sometimes the disc u get to install thefone doesnt work, i had this prob with my daughters fone altho it wasnt a razor it was a samsung e900. To solve this i ewent on samsung website then to the fone make and downloaded the same software as the disc. this solved the problem and she can now use fone to connect to the pc via the usb

if u have itunes, it will not beable to read thoes files, thy must be in MP3 format, of taken str8 from a CD
also ur pc must have a USB 2.0 or above, u may only have a USB port of below 2.0.
to solve this, buy a USB port card, they r easy to install.

set the connection from your phone to memory card. browse on pc to the mobile folder and then the music folder and just copy your files over. simple as that.

yes you need pctools from the cd. To be honest its a pain to configure. trying to get the pc to reconise the phone is a real bone ache, I have a V3x and i got it to work but if you keep trying it will work.
