I tried connecting composite cables from my HD DVD player's component out's to my HD LCD TV component in's. The picture quality is sharper than connecting composites through the correct composite ports.

Does this mean that the red/blue/green component cords' necessity for component quality picture is a myth?

I've been looking around at HDMI cables and there are many to chose from. I can spend between $15 and $100 per cable. What's the difference in these cables? apple said that if you jailbreak your iphone it voids the warrenty. ok. can he do that? the new iphones i know he can im sure its written in the contract, but the old iphones its not. so if you buy a phone when it first came out, can he deny you service? because if he did it because he said it voids the warrenty then thats changing the contract after its already established, and thats not legal, the new ones yes, the old ones no, i just dont get how he can try to say no to the old ones with out changing the contract. also - itouch, if you jailbreak that does it void the warrenty because he does not ever say anything about itouches, i know the big deal with the iphones is the at&t service,blah blah, but does it void the warrenty on the itouch, ive never seen anythihng that says it will, also, if it does on the newer itouches, does it void it on the old ones? thanks

i believe my tv's yellow slot is broken. i tested a dvd player using two tvs and found the video screen works on one and not the other. therefore i think one has a faulty yellow output. I would like to know some solution or place to buy a replacement.

(price is not an issue) i want something that takes good, very clear pictures, that make people look good. the camera i have now makes everyone look bad but my friends camera makes people better. something that does not show your every flaw, takes good videos, and has a good self timer and a camera that is not to heavy, and has good sound on the videos. tell me the camera and your expierence with it and why you like it.

I'm planning to meet my sister at Texas and would like to bring my Wii and PS3 along. The Wii I think I got it covered because I still have the box... the PS3 on the other hand....

Yeah, I need a bag can protect from, you know, my PS3 thrown in the plane, crushed by other luggages, and other things I can't imagine at the moment.

Alternatively, I'm hoping to get a big scrolling suitcase and covered my PS3 with the clothing and such I'll be bringing along.

Sony has a set # kdl46xbr4
that has a Contrast ratio listed as
18,000.1 (Dynamic) 2,000.1 (On screen)
when Samsung has a set with 500,000.1
then there is brightness 550

are you as confused as i am...
someone please help....
