Obviously they are two different companies.

I know Verizon doesn't have Sims card and T-Moble does, but am I able to take out the card or something?

No. Phones that use SIM cards do not function without the SIM card.

Verizon phones use a different radio frequency, different cell phone encoding technology, and cannot be interchanged with GSM phones using SIM cards. Verizon's network cannot understand SIM cards, or the phones that use them.

Sorry, but no. Phones made for the T-Mobile network are GSM and Verizon units are CDMA. Verizon has recently announced a plan that will let you take other carriers units to their plans but they must be "compatible" units. See the link in the source.

Verizon uses a CDMA network and TMobile uses a GSM network. But starting in 2008, Verizon is going to allow any CDMA onto their network. In other words, you can use any CDMA phone on Verizon starting in 08
